PUBG update: The latest
PUBG Mobile version 0.8.0 update overview
Release date: September 11, 2018
PUBG Mobile version 0.8.0 finally adds the Sanhok map to the Android and iOS game. For those unfamiliar with the new map from the PC version, Sanhok is a jungle-based region with a much smaller play area (4KM x 4KM) when compared to Erangel and Miramar (both 8KM x 8KM). As the map still supports 100 players, you can expect to get through rounds much faster as you’ll frequently stumble upon other players hoping to survive in the deadly rainforest arena.
The latest patch also adds new weapons, including the super rare Flare Gun, new items and weapon attachments, and two new vehicles. These are the Muscle Car and the Bulletproof UAZ, which can only be obtained by using the Flare Gun outside the Playzone.
