Most anticipated Xbox One games launching next week: Hitman Enhanced Collection, Tales of Vesperia, and more

Next week we have a few new “AAA” releases on Xbox One, but there are still a few surprises here and there. Notably, Hitman HD Enhanced Collection is finally launching on the console, and Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition offers an interesting take on the popular genre. With that in mind, here are all the biggest games launching next week, between January 7 and January 11, 2019.

Hitman HD Enhanced Collection

Hitman HD Enhanced Collection includes Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution. In Hitman: Blood Money, you experience a globe-trotting adventure from the vineyards of Chile, to the Paris Opera House and even the White House itself in a face-off against a group of assassins known as “The Franchise.” On the other hand, Hitman: Absolution is a deep and personal story of Agent 47 as he pursues redemption across almost a dozen intense missions.

Hitman HD Enhanced Collection should launch on January 11.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is an upgraded version of the classic that celebrates the tenth anniversary of the original. A power struggle begins in a civilization dependent on an ancient technology, and the Empire that controls it. The fates of two friends traveling separate paths intertwine in an epic adventure that threatens everyone’s existence.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition should launch on January 11, priced at $49.99.

Absolver is an online melee action game. The title puts players behind the mask of a “Prospect”, who has taken a sacred vow and chosen to join the “Absolvers,” an elite group of combatants fighting to maintain stability in the world.

Absolver should launch on January 7. The game will also be available through Xbox Game Pass.

Other experiences like Aftercharge and Void Vikings should also release next week.

These are the biggest games launching soon, and many of them seem like absolutely thrilling experiences. Be sure to check out Absolver and Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition because they appear to be the most unique games out of the lot. Which titles are you interested in? Let us know.
