The smartphone is the first Nokia device to sport a controversial notch and a 19:9 display. It features an octa-core, Snapdragon 636 chip, up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 64 GB of internal storage.
On the back, there’s a dual-rear camera setup, featuring 16MP + 5MP (monochrome) sensors with f/2.0 aperture, and a 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and comes with a 3060mAh battery with USB Type-C connectivity.
You’ll also find a fingerprint scanner on the back and a headphone jack at the top.
Nokia X6 price and availability
The device is going up for pre-order today in China in Black, Dark Blue, and Silver. It will be coming in three versions at the following prices:
- 4GB RAM / 32GB ROM: CNY 1,299 (~$200)
- 4GB RAM / 64GB ROM: CNY 1,499 (~$235)
- 6GB RAM / 64GB ROM: CNY 1,699 (~$265)
The specific Nokia X6 release date isn’t yet known, nor are wider availability details. We’ve reached out to HMD Global on the matter and will update this post with a response should we receive one.
