Today, Capcom confirmed that the long-awaited Mega Man 11 should launch on Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 on October 2, 2018 for $29.99. In Mega Man 11, mustachioed villain Dr. Wily is back to his mischievous ways. However, Mega Man has been upgraded with the powerful prototype “Double Gear” system which greatly expands his fighting abilities.
According to Capcom, the development team behind this new entry has retained the core gameplay players have come to know and love. You can still jump, slide and shoot through challenging stages and “Robot Masters”. Again, defeating them and absorbing their powers is the heart of the game. The new Double Gear mechanics offer further boosts to speed, power, and health.
